Returns and Refunds Policy 

 

RETURNS POLICY

 Products may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days and the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.  Delivery charges will unfortunately not be refunded, and a collection fee will be applicable.

NON- REFUNDABLE

Made to order products that have been specifically produced for you, can unfortunately not be refunded. If there is an error on our part regarding the product specification or if the product is found to be faulty, WERK_ will rectify the fault.

Sale Items cannot be refunded

EXCHANGES

Products that can qualify for exchange are those that are defective or that were somehow damaged during shipping or if the incorrect product was received (e.g. incorrect colour, size etc.) WERK_ must be notified by email of the damaged/defective product received and the customer must return the product within two days of receipt thereof.  The product must be returned in its original condition.

WERK_ will arrange the courier collection and cover the shipping fees for the damaged or incorrectly supplied items you wish to exchange.  

RETURNS

For cancelled orders or return of undamaged goods the customer is responsible to return the unwanted product in the same condition it was received, and a 10% handling fee will apply.

REFUNDS PROCEDURES

Once the product has been received and checked by WERK_, the customers banking details will be verified in order to issue a credit note. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the credit note and will be paid into the verified bank account within 2 – 4 business days.
